Same problem whether I run this program on my Windows 10 notebook or my Windows 10 desktop. Have run sfc/scannow from command prompt, and all the troubleshooting tools in Windows, and they show absolutely no problems with either Windows or my hardware, have re-installed Paint Shop Pro, and then tried an earlier version of Paint Shop (X7) and evenīought a fresh download of the PSP8 program, but nothing has helped.
